No universal refund window has been approved. The specific written terms presented with each product, program, or event must be finalized before payment is accepted.

Events and experiences
Event registrations may have unique cancellation, transfer, credit, and refund deadlines based on venue commitments and event costs. The registration page and confirmation for each event will state the controlling terms before payment.

Courses, coaching, and masterminds
Programs may include separate enrollment agreements covering payment schedules, access, participation, cancellation, and refunds. Review and accept those terms before enrolling.

Digital products
Downloadable or immediately accessible resources may have different refund eligibility because delivery can occur instantly. Any restrictions must be clearly displayed before purchase.

Donations
Donation questions or suspected errors should be reported promptly. The Foundation will review requests based on the transaction circumstances, applicable obligations, and any restrictions attached to the gift.

Send the purchaser’s name, email, confirmation or order number, transaction date, and a clear explanation to hello@dunnwisdom.com. Do not include full payment-card information.
