Access for everyone

Accessibility

Dunn Wisdom is committed to making its digital experiences easier to perceive, operate, understand, and use.

This is a commitment and improvement statement, not a claim that every page or third-party service has completed a formal WCAG conformance audit.

01

Our accessibility direction

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a target for ongoing design, development, content, and testing work. Accessibility is treated as a continuing practice rather than a one-time project.

02

Features currently supported

  • Semantic headings and page landmarks
  • Keyboard-accessible links, buttons, forms, and menus
  • Visible focus treatment
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Labels and validation messages for forms
  • Responsive layouts and scalable text
  • Reduced-motion support for visitors who request it
  • Captions or caption tracks for published video when available
03

Known limitations

Some third-party services, embedded media, legacy files, placeholder media, or externally hosted transaction experiences may not provide the same level of accessibility. We will work to choose accessible providers, offer alternatives when practical, and improve issues we identify.

04

Request assistance or report a barrier

Email hello@dunnwisdom.com with the page address, a description of the problem, the browser or assistive technology you used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or assistance you need. We will work with you to provide access and review the underlying issue.

05

Ongoing review

New pages and features should be reviewed for keyboard access, focus order, contrast, labels, alternatives, responsive behavior, and reduced motion before launch. Formal user testing and periodic audits are recommended as the platform grows.
